This website and the desktop product have different data boundaries.
Website visits
Our hosting infrastructure may process network addresses, request details and operational logs to deliver and secure this website. The site sends coarse page-view events to the existing RED / BLUE API for the homepage, privacy and terms pages. The backend may forward allowed page paths and a new non-persistent event identifier to Google Analytics when configured. It does not intentionally forward raw visitor IP addresses, browser user agents, referrers, persistent visitor identifiers or email correspondence to Google Analytics. Actual infrastructure configuration determines whether forwarding is active.
Email and early-access inquiries
If you email info@redblue.lol, we receive your address and the information you choose to send. We use correspondence to respond, discuss product research and manage early-access inquiries. Please do not email confidential decks, credentials or sensitive customer material. This website does not accept presentation uploads or sell product subscriptions.
Presenter Copilot: local-first design
Presenter Copilot is a Windows-first desktop product in development. Its architecture supports local document parsing, storage, retrieval, presentation state and local speech recognition after explicit model setup. Local Only prevents content from the reasoning and speech-processing paths being sent to a remote provider; local model setup is a separate, explicit download step.
Optional cloud reasoning
Selected Context Cloud permits bounded, task-relevant excerpts and questions to be sent to an enabled reasoning provider. It does not authorize sending the full source corpus or raw microphone audio. Provider terms and data handling apply to any selected context sent to them. Claude integration is in development and is not represented as a deployed provider. Local-first does not mean that all configurations keep all data on the device.
Audience context and user control
Audience context uses user-supplied roles, authorized transcripts, actual questions and observable concerns. Hidden psychological profiling and persistent biometric identification are outside the MVP. The desktop implementation includes local source and project deletion controls and source provenance. Separate release documentation will describe available controls before public distribution.
Recipients, retention and requests
Hosting, email and any configured analytics providers may process website or correspondence data to provide their services. We retain correspondence and operational information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate securely and meet applicable obligations. Exact infrastructure retention periods remain to be confirmed before public launch. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@redblue.lol; applicable rights and necessary legal retention depend on your jurisdiction and the records involved.
Security and changes
No system can promise absolute security. This policy describes the company website and current product direction, rather than a guarantee for every future release. We will update it when data handling changes. Contact info@redblue.lol for questions.
