A real product. Still in development.
Presenter Copilot is a Windows-first desktop MVP; public release is pending.
Implemented in the development product
Local PPTX, PDF, text and Markdown import; provenance-aware retrieval; typed and voice Teach; user-controlled Speaker Profile; project-local Audience Model; typed Challenge; Run rehearsal with local speech recognition; and an isolated Live Assist view with explicit push-to-assist. These capabilities are described in the product repository and are not a public availability or performance claim.
Reasoning and privacy
The implementation supports configured local OpenAI-compatible servers and optional bounded OpenAI cloud reasoning. Local models require explicit setup. Selected Context Cloud controls what context can be routed to an enabled provider. Provider failures do not silently switch providers.
Claude integration in development
Claude is being prepared as an optional provider for source-grounded synthesis, adversarial questions, follow-up reasoning and critique. It is not currently claimed as a deployed production integration.
What still needs validation
Clean-machine Windows installation, real hardware and microphone quality, external capture behavior and qualitative presenter studies require separate evidence. Public availability and a release date have not been announced.
Outside the current MVP
Automatic question segmentation, direct meeting-platform connectors, slide editing, immersive audience rendering, mobile accounts and enterprise administration are not current MVP offerings. Some are longer-term roadmap directions, subject to validation.
